The Role:

  • The role will focus on research and resourcing, focussing on candidate generation and expert sector knowledge.

  • You will be trained as a resourcer and progress to a 360 recruitment consultant if desirable to you. You will have an independent working environment with targets to meet and a process driven task list.

  • The role is not hugely KPI driven, opportunity to be remote 2 days a week and open to progression.
