Trainee Recruitment Consultant, Resourcer or Junior Recruiter - Technology & Change Management

Basic to £28k dependent on experience

OTE £40k +

Based London City with hybrid working 3 days in the office

 

  • Privately owned, International Recruiter specialising in the Technology & Change Management market

  • Opportunity to join a successful Technology team working on a busy active Account with a high-profile client.

  • Would suit someone with a sales, resourcing or recruitment background with a passion for the Technology sector.

 

 

The Person:

  • Experience in sales, resourcing or recruitment

  • Strong academics

  • Passion, genuine interest in the Technology space

  • Able to demonstrate drive to work in a target driven role

  • Confidence to speak to individuals across all levels

  • Ability to work proactively and think outside the box

  • Mature attitude, credible, professional with excellent communication skills

The Role: 

  • An opportunity to join a high performing team within the Technology & Change market

  • Working on a busy client account alongside an experienced Manager

  • Working on roles including CIO, CTO, Programme Directors, Programme Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Architects

  • Duties will include name gathering, interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance

  • Progress into a 360 recruitment role as you develop

  • Working to a training programme
