The Person

  • As a seasoned Marketing or Digital Recruitment Consultant, you’re regarded by your client and candidate network, as an expert in your field

The Role:

  • Developing and building your desk, in the specific Marketing, Digital or Communications recruitment niche of your choice and speciality.

  • Adept in knowing how to approach a market, you’ll professionally build client pipelines and develop a mid to senior level candidate network.

  • A strategic and naturally curious recruitment consultant, you take time to understand your clients, their business goals and challenges.

  • In turn you apply the same level of consultancy to your candidate network from shortlisting and pre-screening to post-placement aftercare.

  • In other words, you are there every step of the way to ensure your clients and candidates are happy and thriving.

  • As you excel and expand your skills, you set the natural pace of your development with a clear and hugely progressive career structure.
