As a seasoned Marketing or Digital Recruitment Consultant, you’re regarded by your client and candidate network, as an expert in your field

The Role:
Developing and building your desk, in the specific Marketing, Digital or Communications recruitment niche of your choice and speciality.
Adept in knowing how to approach a market, you’ll professionally build client pipelines and develop a mid to senior level candidate network.
A strategic and naturally curious recruitment consultant, you take time to understand your clients, their business goals and challenges.
In turn you apply the same level of consultancy to your candidate network from shortlisting and pre-screening to post-placement aftercare.
In other words, you are there every step of the way to ensure your clients and candidates are happy and thriving.
