The Person:
Experienced Recruitment Consultant Interim or Perm
Good track record of achievement
Previous HR recruitment consultancy experience required
Credible individual with strong communication skills
Must have London experience
Able to work in an autonomous environment
Must be well organised, driven and self-motivated

The Role:
Working within an HR Specialist area
Your key responsibility will be to work as a 360 Recruiter
Working on mid to senior level HR roles including some retained
Dealing with cold, warm or lapsed clients but you will be expected to business develop
Liaising with exciting, high profile brand names
To source, screen and interview suitable HR Professionals and taken them through the interview process
To work proactively to develop strong client and candidate relationships
Working in a grown up, team culture to minimum KPI standards
