Sales Director - IT Recruitment
Basic c. £60-85k
OTE £150k+

The Person:
Gaining a team of 8 from “day one”, including £1m + billers, you come from a Tech recruitment and team leadership background.
Ideally you have been exposed to a diverse client base from large accounts to SME’s, delivering across Contract and Permanent requirements.
Rolling out new sales methodologies, coaching best practice and developing client strategies are just some of your strongest traits.

The Role:
With over 75% of revenue from two key clients and 80% of which being driven by Contractor revenue, this is a wonderful challenge to shift the balance and drive positive change.
A senior, hands-on role, leading a current team of 8 Sales individuals who range from Junior to Associate Director level, Contract and Perm Tech recruiters.
As Sales Director, you will be creating and implementing a best-in-class sales methodology around all thing’s client growth & renewal, as well as great people leadership.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will also play a key commercial role in the future build of their teams to c25+, diversifying of divisions and achieving business objectives.
