Sales Director - IT Recruitment

Basic c. £60-85k

OTE £150k+

Benefits include company equity and numerous incentives.

Based London + Hybrid 2 in office.


The Person:

  • Gaining a team of 8 from “day one”, including £1m + billers, you come from a Tech recruitment and team leadership background.

  • Ideally you have been exposed to a diverse client base from large accounts to SME’s, delivering across Contract and Permanent requirements.

  • Rolling out new sales methodologies, coaching best practice and developing client strategies are just some of your strongest traits.

  • With over 200 contractors and £6m + GP, this is a growing, stable and happy team with enormous potential.

  • Their London presence is about to expand with 2 new office openings in early 2024 in the UK and USA, with Europe on the horizon too.


The Role:

  • With over 75% of revenue from two key clients and 80% of which being driven by Contractor revenue, this is a wonderful challenge to shift the balance and drive positive change.

  • A senior, hands-on role, leading a current team of 8 Sales individuals who range from Junior to Associate Director level, Contract and Perm Tech recruiters.

  • As Sales Director, you will be creating and implementing a best-in-class sales methodology around all thing’s client growth & renewal, as well as great people leadership.

  • Reporting directly to the CEO, you will also play a key commercial role in the future build of their teams to c25+, diversifying of divisions and achieving business objectives.
