Fully Remote role for a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Business Support, London market.
Earning commission from day one – no threshold, earning 15% on all billings
Established, £20m+ turnover business within Commercial, Industrial, Managed Services and Professional Services
The Person:
As an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant, you are seeking to work in a more autonomous environment.
Always holding yourself accountable and without the need for day-to-day micromanagement, you are seeking the best of both worlds.
Still passionate about Permanent Business Support recruitment you want to be part of something, receive a salary, great commission, and fantastic perks – yet have the flexibility of remote working.
The Role:
Leveraging from your established network, you would like to continue building your Business Support recruitment career within the London market, whilst working remotely.
Wishing to feel part of something at the same time, there is an existing network of Southeast based clients and colleagues to collaborate with.
Whether your passion lies purely in Business Support or includes other areas of Professional Services recruitment, the business would happily invest in an office, driven by your success.
The Head Office is based near the Northampton region, where you would join your colleagues for monthly sales meetings.
