Senior Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy and Finance Recruitment – Not for Profit/Charities

Basic c.£35-45k

OTE: £75K+

Based London – Hybrid 3 days in Office.

The Person

  • An experienced recruiter who wants to build a personal brand in the NFP/Public Sector market.

  • You may already be either an experienced consultant from an Accountancy and Finance background or placing into the NFP/Public Sector market with an interest in Finance recruitment.

  • 100% service orientated with integrity and authenticity and are a genuine team player who works selflessly!

 

The Role

  • The Not For Profit sector has been an important part of the business since they launched and have a fantastic arts, culture & heritage, charities and education client base.

  • Joining an incredibly collaborative and supportive Principal Consultant, you will be delivering on briefs between £30-120k, and a mix of contingent, exclusive and retained search.

  • You will be rejuvenating lapsed relationships from their historical database, whilst developing new and unique relationships for you and the business

  • Work towards being a ‘super biller’ or ‘manager’ and build a team.

  • Client base is a mix of globally listed corporates, SMEs and Start Ups, placing Accountants from the transactional level up to CFO, salaries ranging from £25,000-£150,000.
