  • Looking for an experienced and passionate 360 Perm Communications Recruiter looking to make their mark.  

  • Track record of winning and placing business

  • Communications experience is preferred but will cross train from a relatable market.

  • Woking alongside a high performing contracts team of 3.

  • Taking over a successful lapsed communications desk replacing someone who has recently left after 6 years.

  • This warm opportunity requires you to re-engage with the existing client base and build your own relationships.

  • Diverse client portfolio from FTSE to AIM listed companies across financial services, professional Services & C+I including FMCG, Retail, Charities, Fintech etc.

  • Roles range from Executive positions to COO (£35k - £120k + at the senior end)

  • Average fee is £10.5k but can be up to £20k at senior end.

  • 85% contingent roles 15% retained.

  • The desk has previously generated £390k with 2 people.

  • Initial expectations for the desk is £150k-£180k +

  • Some business development will be required but there is plenty of marketing information to utilise so it’s a very warm sell.

  • Non KPI culture, very grown up and can run desk how you want.
