The Person:
Are you an established Accountancy & Finance recruiter with experience of recruiting in the London market; one who has a strong billing track record and a track record of managing and growing a team?
You must have a professional and proactive approach and still retain a real passion for recruitment and delivering results.
Alongside having a tenacious can-do attitude!

The Role:
There are currently two roles, one to manage a team of six recruiting new qualified accountants, and the other is to manage a qualified division of four, both of which are 7 figure businesses!!!
You will be expected to personally bill and lead your team from the front.
Whilst this is a mature environment you will still be expected to set your team targets, monitor, train and review their performance and progression within the business.
