The Person:
You will have previous experience of recruiting in Technology & Change Transformation space.
You are motivated, resilient, and enthusiastic and will have previously managed a team.
You will enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, who enjoys building strong relationships, has great communication abilities and excellent organisational skills.
You need to be motivated and enjoy networking.

The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Manager / Associate Director to lead a team of 2 experienced consultantsYou will be enrolled onto a bespoke and tailored training course designed to enhance your skillset and offer you the support you need to build on your existing foundations.
Your role will include:
Client relationship management
New business development
Candidate attraction through a range of methods
Recruitment project and process management
Contingent, exclusive and retained search methods
Vacancy marketing and advertising
Attending market networking events
Ongoing development of market knowledge
