The Role: 

  • Manage and grow the team, currently comprises of 1 member of staff but expanding due to organic growth

  • Specialise in finding talent within all areas of Retail Operations and Corporate Functions for an established client base across the MIDDLE EAST.

  • Retail Operations roles include Sales teams- front and back of house, including Department Managers, Assistant Managers, Operations Managers, Store Managers, Area Managers.

  • Corporate/Head Office roles include HR & Recruitment, Finance, Buying & Merchandising, Wholesale, Design & Technical, Logistics & Supply Chain.

  • Training and development of the team

  • Reporting to the Business Director
