The Person:
You will be an experienced team leader / manager with a track record of running a Legal recruitment team, ideally within practice. You will be polished in presentation with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate must be credible and commercial, will lead from the front and have a track record of success.

The Role:
You will manage a team of 3 perm legal recruiters. This is a hands on billing role with a business development focus. Consultants are encouraged to work autonomously, they are bright and ambitious self-starters; so will need a strong and smart leader to help further develop the team.
