The Person:
A leader by example, strong mentoring skills, and will enjoy developing talent and teaching ethical, but effective recruitment techniques in the tech space.
Demonstrable experience winning and nurturing key accounts, adding value and partnering long-term with your clients.
Strong understanding of smart sourcing techniques.
A desire to ensure all candidates are provided with a world class experience when working with RedCat Digital.
Passionate about the software engineering space, and excited by the opportunity to work closely with their Marketing Manager, to add value to the sector through events, webinars, creating unique content etc (you may not have had the opportunity to do this in previous roles but have a load of ideas if you had the backing and budget…..!)
