The Person

  • An experienced leader of people, with a particular ability to create Superbillers out of Rookie Consultants

  • Currently a Managing Consultant, Team Leader or Manager from a Professional Services or White-Collar Property/Construction background

  • Of most importance is your ability and passion for impacting the performance of Junior Consultants

  • Integrity and authenticity are at the heart of all you do, with a relentless drive for individuals to achieve their full potential

  • Operating at White collar level from Designers to Vice Presidents, average fees are c£25,000+

The Role

  • The business specialises in the recruitment of experts within the Commercial Construction space – connecting them with some of the most respected Construction companies in the USA.

  • Working alongside the Divisional Directors, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape and grow teams of Rookie Consultants into experienced Consultants and future leaders.

  • The current senior leadership team have already developed a robust training and coaching programme and welcome your input for continual improvement and impact

  • A diverse role, you will be combining training, performance and people management.

  • Whilst overall this is a non-billing role, there is an element of billing to ensure you can lead the team with complete credibility and retain current exposure to the markets.
